1. Cleaning Your Tongue

If you want to start a more complete oral hygiene routine, this is an easy first step! Use a tongue scraper or the back of your toothbrush to clean your tongue every time you brush.

2. Flossing Every Day

You’ve heard it before, but flossing is non-negotiable. Skipping it leaves plaque and food particles trapped between your teeth, where your toothbrush can’t reach. Over time, this dramatically increases your risk of cavities and gum disease, especially in hard-to-reach areas.
